12.7 You must pay your monthly invoice under this Service Agreement and, if applicable, a credit agreement until the date indicated on the invoice. Your rate is the cost of your usage and your phone. If you use our Anytime upgrade rate, you can have two rates. one for use and the other for the credit agreement. If your credit agreement is longer than 24 months, your ETC is limited to the minimum duration of your contract, which will never exceed 24 months, for an on-air duration.
